We allow refunds within a 24 hours period if you are not satisfied or do not understand our services, which means you have 30 days after you sign up to any Signals Pirate subscription plan to receive a refund.
To get a refund, you can contact us at support@signalspirate.com and we will assist you within 6 hours. Refunds generally take 3-5 business days to arrive to your bank.
We are not required to process a refund under any other circumstance including the case you forgot about auto-renewal of your subscription. We send reminders prior to each billing cycle and it is your sole responsibility to manage your subscription prior to renewal by logging in or emailing support@signalspirate.com.
SECTION 7 - PROHIBITED USES

Refunds will not be issued if TradingView.com shuts down. This is something we can not control but also do not expect to happen any time in the near future. Refunds will also not be issues if you purchase an indicator and ask for a refund, and then purchase the indicator again. On the second purchase, this indicator purchase is final. We allow refunds within 3-days of purchase. Please email us at support@signalspirate.com to receive a refund within this 3-day window.
