We allow refunds within a 24 hours period if you are not satisfied or do not understand our services, which means you have 30 days after you first sign up to any Signals Pirate subscription plan to receive a refund.
To get a refund, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you within 24 hours. Refunds generally take 3-5 business days to arrive in your bank.
We are not required to process a refund under any other circumstance including the case you forgot about auto-renewal of your subscription. We send reminders prior to each billing cycle and it is your sole responsibility to manage your subscription prior to renewal by logging in or emailing email@example.com.
We will assess refund requests on their merits, considering the digital nature of the data we share upon access. There is generally no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:
A. You have changed your mind about using Signals Pirate
B. You bought it by mistake; or
C. You ask for goodwill
If we decide to issue a refund, this will generally be done using the same manner used to make a purchase. So if the item was bought with a discount, we will only return the amount charged to the customer.
If requested, we will gladly also cancel the active subscription on the refunded product.
If you are after 24 hours, you can cancel your subscription anytime through your account on our website. If you have not opened an account with us, make sure to do so with the same email you purchased with, then after creating and logging in you will be able to cancel or resubscribe to any of your subscriptions.
