Cancellation Policy

You can cancel anytime by logging into your account.

 

1. Login to your account here:

*See the bolded paragraph below, if you're having trouble logging into your account.

2. Click "Manage Subscriptions". 

3. Locate your subscription and click "Cancel".

 

4. Upon canceling your access to the Discord will be removed immediately. Our policies outline that you must have an active membership to be apart of the SIGNALS PIRATE Discord.

5. Also upon canceling, your access to SIGNALS PIRATE Bot & SIGNALS PIRATE Oscillator will be set to expire on the last day of your subscription.

Troubles logging into Your Account

If you are having trouble logging in, please make sure you have previously created an account. If you have not created an account with us, make sure to create an account with the same email you purchased with, then after creating an account and logging in you will be able to cancel or resubscribe to any of your subscriptions.
